A Prairie Wreath

Information

I collaborated with graphite artist Bruce McClain to produce this book that deals with the depletion of the Ogallala Aquifer. The linked wreath-like circular form of a Crown Sonnet Redouble (with a final binding sonnet) mimics the interconnected water cycle.

McClain has created an image to accompany each sonnet. Fifteen sonnets in all, each with a facing graphite image. A perfect gift for sonnet lovers and environmentalists.  Coming soon.
